Thank You for visiting Jo Ellen's Safe Haven.  We are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to reducing homelessness in our community.  We specialize in assisting individuals experiencing homelessness who also struggle with substance-use disorders and/or mental illness... a population who often slip between the cracks due to their barriers, and the fears surrounding them.
